ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

ATTACH Open the kit. Apply the double-sided adhesive tape to the stainless steel outer arch of the rudder wheel. Adhere the skin by spreading it centrally over the wheel arch, starting from the centre bar
SEW the strips already sewn together (the two or more strips of leather in the kit are already pre-sewn together)
CUT Using a good pair of scissors or a box cutter, cut off the abundance of leather at the centre bar, so that the two opposite edges match. Finish the seam
CLOSE Use the approximately 10 cm leather strip supplied in the kit to cover the final seam between the leather strips, which will also serve to highlight the tiller centre.

SEWING TIPS

1. Cross stitching with two needles is the best way to ensure that the upholstery holds together over the years.
2. For two-needle stitching it is recommended to use 3-4 m of cord each time, placing the two needles at the respective ends.
3. Pass the cord through the first two opposite holes in the covering and adjust it to the same length on both sides. Start with the cross stitching, crossing the lanyard passages.
